AERONES is seeking an enthusiastic and detail-oriented Quality Management System (QMS) Specialist to join our dedicated team. In this crucial role, you will be responsible for maintaining and improving our quality management systems, ensuring compliance with applicable standards, and helping to drive continuous improvement initiatives across the organization.

About Us

We specialize in cutting-edge Robotic Solutions that ensure Safety, efficiency, and top-tier service for the Wind Energy Industry. Our Team are made up of friendly and knowledgeable people. You will join us in our modern, safe and comfortable Plant and Offices that are located at Katlakalna Iela 11E, Riga.

Responsibilities
  • Develop, implement, and maintain comprehensive QMS policies, procedures, and documentation.
  • Monitor and ensure compliance with relevant ISO standards (e.g., ISO 9001) and industry regulations.
  • Conduct internal audits and prepare for external audits, compiling necessary documentation and reports.
  • Participate in the training and development of personnel on QMS processes and compliance requirements.
  • Assist in identifying areas for improvement related to quality processes and report findings to management.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure effective communication and compliance in quality-related matters.

Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in engineering, quality management, or related field.
  • At least 2 years of experience in quality management systems, preferably in a manufacturing or engineering environment.
  • Strong knowledge of ISO 9001 standards and quality management principles.
  • Excellent organizational and analytical skills with a keen attention to detail.
  • Proficient in MS Office and experience with QMS software tools.
  • Strong communication skills to effectively interact with team members and stakeholders.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team to achieve quality objectives.
  • Problem-solving mindset and a proactive approach to quality improvement initiatives.
