Job Description
You will play a key role in our Quality team. You will be supporting the Mequon manufacturing by supporting the organization's Quality Management System and day-to-day manufacturing operations. In this role, you will report to the Quality Team Lead. This position is an integral part of our Quality Management System and ISO 9001:2015 certification. In this role, you will perform or confirm production and quality control audits; ensuring compliance to in-house and/or external specifications and standards, such as ISO regulations. This role might also conduct GMP/GLP training and vendor evaluation audits to determine qualifications, and provide training on quality assurance systems. You will work onsite from our Mequon, WI facility. This position is a great fit for an administrative professional or an engineer looking for their first role within Quality.
Your Responsibilities:- Management of Document Control to ensure compliance to global standards and requirements
- Coordinator the QMS Program in a manufacturing plant including manage internal audit program and meeting QMS requirements
- Represent the manufacturing plant in External Audits including product certifications and customer audits
- Confirm New Documents meet QMS requirements and company policies and procedures
- High School Diploma or GED
- Legal authorization to work in the US is required. We will not sponsor individuals for employment visas, now or in the future, for this job opening
- Bachelor's Degree in engineering
- 4+ year(s) of related Quality / QMS experience (Certified ISO 9001:2015 Internal Auditor or CQA certification from ASQ)
- 4 years of experience in an electronics manufacturing / production environment
- Demonstrated high proficiency of computer skills including working knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Word
