Job Description- Ensure compliance with IATF 16949, customer-specific requirements, and company quality standards.
- Maintain and continuously improve the Quality Management System (QMS).
- Plan and lead internal system, process, and product audits, ensuring timely closure of findings.
- Support customer, certification body, and corporate audits.
- Standardize and manage quality procedures, processes, and documentation across the plant.
- Coach and support process owners in the implementation and maintenance of QMS requirements.
- Monitor quality KPIs and drive continuous improvement activities.
- Lead structured problem-solving activities and root cause analysis.
- Deliver training and guidance on quality methods, standards, and tools.
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Industrial, Electronics, Quality Engineering, or a related field.
- Intermediate English
- Experience:
- Minimum 3 years in a manufacturing environment, preferably in the automotive industry
- Conducting quality audits and supporting external audits
- Knowledge:
- IATF 16949, Quality Management Systems, and customer-specific requirements (Strong)
- In Automotive Core Tools (APQP, PPAP, FMEA, SPC, MSA)
