Job Description:
- Support the tracking and organization of customer feedback through Net Promoter Score (NPS) data.
- Compile and maintain internal trackers for NPS data from both trial and active users.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure accurate and timely data collection.
- Organize and process feedback to produce reports that are clear, trackable, and ready for presentation.
- Monitor and follow up on documentation compliance to maintain data accuracy.
Qualifications:
- Final-year student or recent graduate from any major (preferably in Business, Statistics, Industrial Engineering, or related fields).
- Proficient in Google Sheets, including formulas such as SUMIFS, QUERY, ARRAYFORMULA, VLOOKUP, IMPORTRANGE, and pivot tables.
- Experienced in building and maintaining dashboards and trackers for operational data.
- Strong analytical skills, attention to detail and accuracy in compiling and verifying data
- Able to create clear and structured data presentations for internal stakeholders
