Dexis is recruiting a highly qualified Quality Management Expert: DBPAO Support to support the Defense Biological Product Assurance Office (DBPAO) within the Enabling Biotechnologies (EB) mission area. This individual will lead the development and implementation of quality management systems (QMS) and ensure compliance with applicable standards to enhance DBPAO’s biological detection and assurance capabilities.
This position is based in Aberdeen Proving Ground, MD (hybrid) and is contingent upon contract award. Secret Clearance is required.
Responsibilities- Lead the development, implementation, and continuous improvement of a Quality Management System (QMS) for the DBPAO in alignment with ISO 9001 and other applicable standards.
- Provide technical guidance on quality assurance, quality control, and process auditing for DBPAO operations and products.
- Conduct and document internal quality audits, assist with external audits, and provide corrective/preventive action plans as needed.
- Collaborate with program staff, scientific personnel, and leadership to embed quality assurance principles throughout product lifecycle and mission execution.
- Develop quality-related training materials and mentor staff on compliance and best practices.
- 10 years of experience with CBRN-related programs.
- Secret Clearance
- MBA in Technology Management
- Direct experience developing a quality management system for the DBPAO.
- American Society of Quality Certified Quality Auditor
- Certified Spark Power User 3.4
