    What You'll Be Doing:

    • Complete timely, accurate QA measurements on incoming, in process, and finished products
    • Assist in the performance of lab requests and special projects
    • Maintain equipment in good, clean working order
    • Ensure laboratory supplies are kept up to date
    • Maintain accurate and complete records
    • Actively follow safety procedures and identify potential safety hazards
    • Verify and complete Certificates of Analysis
    • Assist with reviewing and updating department work instructions
    • Assist with developing new test methods based on new product needs
    • Assist with setting up new analytical equipment
    • Complete safety walk thru’s of various Quality work areas

    What You Need to Succeed:


    • High school diploma
    • 1-3 years experience working in a Quality or R&D laboratory position
    • Excellent oral and written communication skills
    • Basic knowledge of computer use and Excel software

    Preferred Skills

    • Associate degree in a Physical Science
    • Proficiency with the MS Office suite of programs
    • Experience in writing internal technical reports
    • Previous polymer industry / manufacturing experience
    • Self-driven team player
    • Capable of working on multiple tasks
    • Comfortable in a laboratory or production environment
    • Adaptable and eager to learn
    • Detail oriented
    • High level time management skills
    • Safety-conscious
    • Able to work with minimal supervision
