Job Description
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Intern to join our Quality team. This internship offers an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience in a fast-paced, collaborative manufacturing environment while supporting meaningful projects that contribute to the success of the organization. The ideal candidate is eager to learn, communicates effectively, and has a strong interest in exploring a career in Quality and Manufacturing.
Key Responsibilities
Assist with day-to-day departmental operations and projects.
Support data collection, analysis, and reporting tasks.
Participate in team meetings and contribute ideas and feedback.
Assist in the development and maintenance of departmental materials, tools, or documentation.
Conduct research and benchmarking activities as needed.
Collaborate with team members on cross-functional initiatives.
Provide administrative support and ensure timely completion of assigned tasks.
Help identify opportunities for process improvements and efficiencies.
Qualifications & Experience
Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a related field (e.g., Business, IT, Engineering, Communications, Human Resources, etc.).
Strong organizational and time management skills.
Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) or other relevant tools.
Proficient in Power BI, AI resources, and Dashboard design.
Curious, motivated, and eager to learn about [insert department/field] in a real-world setting.
Prior internship or project-based experience is a plus, but not required.
