- Partner with leadership to identify and address areas to improve efficiency and benchmark with industry best practices.
- Become a process owner; critically review specific processes with great attention to detail and proactively recommend opportunities for improvement.
- Provide training across Quality functions and support laboratory testing by ensuring standard operating procedures are followed.
- Use highly specialized equipment and instrumentation accurately and with limited supervision.
- Collaborate with Quality and Operations teams to perform key product related root cause investigations and identify/provide oversight of the execution of corrective actions.
- Develop tools and models to improve tracking and efficiency.
- Collaborate with team members in Production and Quality to build robust documentation to support audit readiness.
- Building strong partnerships with the Quality and Sourcing teams as well as external customers to ensure the highest level of customer service.
- Learn continuous improvement methodologies (i.e., PPI, Six Sigma, and others) and help promote improvement initiatives.
- Undergraduate student completing an Engineering or Life Sciences-related degree between December 2026 and June 2027.
- 0 years of work experience required; previous related internships preferred.
- Consistent track record of results demonstrating integrity, innovation, involvement, and intensity.
- Energized through championing change, driven in getting results, and savvy in navigating ambiguity.
- Excellent interpersonal communication skills with a high degree of emotional intelligence.
Compensation and Benefits
The hourly pay range estimated for this position Intern II based inMissouri is $17.25–$29.00.This position may also be eligible to receive a variable annual bonus based on company, team, and/or individual performance results in accordance with company policy.
