Buscamos un/a practicante de Calidad dinámico/a y motivado/a para apoyar a nuestro equipo en Silices De Veracruz, S.A. DE C.V. Este rol es una excelente oportunidad para adquirir experiencia práctica en el aseguramiento y control de calidad dentro de un entorno industrial.
Responsabilidades del Puesto**
* Apoyar en la implementación y mantenimiento de los sistemas de gestión de calidad.
*
* Asistir en la elaboración y revisión de documentación de calidad (procedimientos, instructivos, registros).
* Participar en auditorías internas y externas de calidad.
* Ayudar en la identificación y seguimiento de no conformidades y acciones correctivas/preventivas.
* Brindar apoyo en la capacitación sobre temas de calidad al personal de producción.
* Colaborar en proyectos de mejora continua relacionados con la calidad.
* Otras tareas asignadas por el departamento de Calidad.
Cualificaciones del Puesto**
* Estudiante activo de ingeniería industrial, química, materiales o carreras afines.
* Interés genuino en el área de calidad y procesos industriales.
* Conocimiento básico de herramientas de calidad (ej. SPC, Ishikawa, 5 Whys) es un plus.
* Habilidad para trabajar en equipo y comunicarse eficazmente.
* Proactivo/a, organizado/a y con atención al detalle.
* Dominio intermedio de Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
* Disponibilidad para cumplir con un horario de prácticas establecido.
