JOB PURPOSE

WHAT WILL YOUR MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES BE
- Manage inspectors across 3 shifts
- Ensure full reporting and review of all needed quality reports
- Daily analysis of reports adherence
- Lead RCA for Quality Incidents
- Sorting, Inspection and rework activities documentation and reporting
- Daily review of PH hygiene condition
- Lead quality trainings agenda for shopfloor
- Participate in defects reduction projects
- Weekly reports of Quality performance summary
- Internal audit actions implementation
- Participate in R2S cell meetings
- Retention Samples library monitoring & 5S
- Ensure quality digital agenda implementation &adherence in PH
- Monthly assessment report of Quality Inspectors performance
- Training plan creation based on skills gaps assessment
- Lead contingent labor during inspection of trials and first production
WHAT YOU NEED TO SUCCEED
Experiences & Qualifications
- 5-7 years of experience in a similar role
- Good understanding of ISO-9001 – Preffered
- Good understanding of GMP 22716 – Preffered
