Job Responsibilities:
Pracovní náplň:
- Znalost systému řízení kvality IMS a jeho cílů
- Dosahování cílů kvality a jejich vyhodnocení
- Provádí pravidelný dohled nad sériovým výrobním procesem a výrobky
- Optimalizace procesů s využitím technik a nástrojů neustálého zlepšování
- Identifikace kořenové příčiny problému
- Řízení S/R (CC/CS) charakteristik v procesu
- Účast na auditech, spolupracuje s auditory při externím auditu
- Spolupracuje při řízení neshodného materiálu
- Práce s výkresovou dokumentací
- Provádění vizuálních zkoušek svarů, lakovaných dílů, nýtování
- Schvalování zahájení výroby odporového svařování, lisů, ohýbaček, svařovacích robotů
