Shift: 8:00 am - 4:30 pm - OT or Saturdays may be required
Hourly Rate: $21.35 / hour
What You'll Be Doing:

• Responsible for facilitating the product return and replacement process
• Provide support to the department, RMA Production Control and Vendor Returns through RMA research, administrative tasks, and process improvements
• Respond to and process RMA requests, including issuing credit to customers
• Investigate FQR issues through physical stock checks, WMS transaction history, Unity/CORS/DMS order history, inventory adjustments, special handling requirements, quality alerts, review of QOIs, datasheets and other documentations
• Interface with multiple PDC's, sales, asset, and suppliers for issue resolution
• Manage internal and external email communications that come through the department mailbox and personal Arrow email
• Responsible for inspecting semiconductor product to ensure adherence to documented requirements
• Complete PINS & QCI audits
• Participate in ISO audits
• Returns Center Support:
  
  • Complete physical inspection of product.
  • Audit against documents and procedures.
  • Provide recommendations to processes and procedures
  • Other duties as assigned.

What We Are Looking For:

• Relevant system experience with Oracle and ETQ within Arrow Electronics is preferred
• 2 to 5 years of relevant experience using and navigating Arrow's WMS system
• 1+ year experience in Arrow receiving, picking or shipping

• Knowledge of MS Office - Excel, Word, MS Access
• Effective communication skills across multiple departments (warehouse, sales, asset, customers)
• Experience performing detail-oriented tasks within a warehouse environment
• Troubleshooting skills, adaptability, competent multitasker
• Flexible with schedule and changing function
• An excellent attendance record
• No prior ECR or CAN in the past 2 years
