As an RN Quality Improvement Coordinator, you’ll play a key role in enhancing the quality of care across our hospital. 🌟 What You’ll Do:

• Lead and coordinate quality improvement initiatives

• Analyze trends and develop action plans to improve patient care

• Collaborate with nursing leaders, department heads, Physicians and clinical teams

• Educate and mentor staff on best practices and performance metrics

✅ What We’re Looking For:

• Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in Virginia (or compact state)

• BSN Required

• Minimum 4 years of clinical nursing experience

• Preferred experience in Emergency or Surgical Services

• Strong analytical, communication, and leadership skills

• A passion for quality improvement and patient safety

• Project Management skills/Knowledge

Sentara Norfolk General Hospital, located in Norfolk, VA, is a 525-bed tertiary care facility that is home to the only Level I Adult Trauma Center and burn trauma unit in Hampton Roads, and also serves as the primary teaching hospital for Eastern Virginia Medical School.
