Job Description:
The desired candidate is responsible for: -
Leading quality agenda of Beauty & Well Being & Home Care category and factory.
Anchoring quality improvement projects in factory Testing and analysis of Beauty & Home Care products Change management protocol compliance.
Coordination between different functions like R&D, Planning, Brand, Legal, Technology, CQA, etc.
Leading the root cause analysis of all D incidents and depot defects Liaising strongly with government authorities like FDA, etc.
Ensure all new innovations, main plant trials and pack changes are First Time Right.
Highlighting and managing the quality risks during changes in pack/product.
Ensure PCP sign off availability and flag off any issues before first commercial production run.
Managing the quality modifications done across the plant.
Effective implementation of glass policy, incident management & Recall Procedure, integrated Pest Management system.
Owning Quality Management System and responsible for revision of quality manual.
Responsible for implementing Corrective Action Plans, Preventive Action Plans by proper prioritization of quality issues and use of appropriate techniques like 7 QC tools.
Effectively monitor process capability study for critical quality parameters.
Monitor products throughout its shelf life through periodic Retention Samples Analysis mechanism and feedback the output to manufacturing team, R&D, CQA, etc.
Ensure compliance to rejection mechanism and non-conforming products handling.
Conduct QM audit monthly, highlight non-compliances to all cross functions immediately and track corrective actions periodically.
Any T5Z, Foreign Matter issues to be immediately highlighted Plan/Review HACCP study as Unilever protocol and actively monitor CCP compliance across units.
Ensure compliance towards Cleaning & Disinfection as per Unilever protocol and validate C&D process periodically.
Conduct GMP audits monthly and share findings with all stakeholders in the factory.
Ensure Personal Hygiene standards are complied with Unilever hygiene standards.
Ensure CRQS standards are being complied Owning factory DPMU target given by CQA and drive Quality Improvement Plans based on key quality issues.
Ensure Zero A, B & C marketplace incidents Regularly track, monitor D incidents and propose QIP basis issues.
