The Corporate Quality – Quality Engineering Specialist III transforms Quality Management System (QMS) data into meaningful insights that drive product quality, customer satisfaction, and operational excellence. This role partners with cross-functional teams to develop analytics, reporting, and dashboards across NC/CAPA, supplier quality, audit management, customer issue resolution, and document control processes. Reporting to the Corporate Director, Quality Systems and Compliance, this individual plays a key role in enabling data-driven decision-making across the enterprise.

Major Responsibilities:

  • QMS Data Integration and Governance: Manage and optimize quality data from enterprise systems including NC/CAPA, supplier quality, audits, customer issues, document management, CRM platforms, data warehouses, and cloud-based systems to ensure accurate and actionable reporting.

  • Quality Analytics and Decision Support: Analyze quality data to identify trends, risks, process gaps, and improvement opportunities. Translate complex data into actionable recommendations that support business and quality objectives.

  • Power BI Reporting and KPI Visualization: Design, maintain, and enhance Power BI dashboards, scorecards, and reports that provide visibility into key quality metrics, including corrective actions, supplier performance, audit results, customer issues, and overall QMS effectiveness.

  • Automation and Predictive Insights: Leverage BI tools, automation, and AI-driven analytics to streamline reporting, improve data accessibility, identify emerging risks, and support proactive decision-making.

  • QMS Analytics Subject Matter Expertise: Serve as a trusted resource for Corporate Quality and business leaders by supporting KPI development, data governance, dashboard interpretation, reporting standardization, and continuous improvement initiatives.

  • Travel: Ability to travel domestically up to 10% to support business, site, and Corporate Quality initiatives.

Minimum Job Requirements:

Education

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.

Certification / License

  • Microsoft Power BI Data Analyst Professional Certificate required.

Work Experience

  • 7+ years of data analytics and Power BI experience.
  • 5+ years of business analysis experience supporting project-based initiatives.
  • Experience developing reports and dashboards for manufacturing, quality, service, or operational metrics.

Knowledge / Skills / Abilities

  • Advanced proficiency in Power BI, SQL, Python, and Microsoft Excel.

  • Strong experience creating dashboards, visualizations, and performance reporting.

  • Exceptional analytical, problem-solving, and critical-thinking skills.

  • Ability to communicate complex technical findings to technical and non-technical stakeholders.

  • Strong business acumen, professionalism, and sound judgment.

  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, evolving environment.

  • Ability to influence process improvements through data-driven insights.

  • Demonstrated integrity, discretion, and accountability.

  • Proven ability to mentor, coach, and support team development.

Preferred Job Requirements:

Education

  • Master’s degree preferred.

Work Experience

  • Experience working with Quality Management Systems (QMS), manufacturing quality data, supplier quality metrics, or enterprise reporting platforms preferred.

Knowledge / Skills / Abilities

  • Experience with advanced data visualization, dashboard strategy, reporting automation, and analytics solutions that improve business visibility and decision-making.
