Project Role Description : Leads a team of quality engineers through multi-disciplinary team planning and ecosystem integration to accelerate delivery and drive quality across the application lifecycle. Applies business and functional knowledge to develop end-to-end testing strategies through the use of quality processes and methodologies. Applies testing methodologies, principles and processes to define and implement key metrics to manage and assess the testing process including test execution and defect resolution.

Summary:
As a Quality Engineering Lead, a typical day involves guiding a team of quality engineers by coordinating multi-disciplinary planning and integrating various ecosystem components to enhance delivery speed and maintain high standards of quality throughout the application lifecycle. The role requires applying comprehensive business and functional insights to design and implement thorough testing strategies. This includes overseeing the execution of tests, monitoring defect resolution, and utilizing quality processes and methodologies to ensure consistent and measurable improvements in product quality and team performance.

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Lead the development and implementation of quality assurance strategies that align with project goals and organizational standards.
- Foster a collaborative environment that encourages continuous improvement and knowledge sharing within the team.
- Mentor and support junior team members to enhance their skills and professional growth.
- Coordinate cross-functional efforts to ensure seamless integration of quality processes across different teams and project phases.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance Functional.
- Strong expertise in quality engineering principles, testing methodologies, and defect management.
- Experience in developing and executing comprehensive test plans and strategies for enterprise applications.
- Ability to analyze complex business processes and translate them into effective testing scenarios.
- Skilled in using quality metrics and key performance indicators to monitor and improve testing effectiveness.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills to manage teams and collaborate with diverse stakeholders.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance Functional.
- This position is based at our Bengaluru office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
