Primary Responsibilities:
- Demonstrate a solid ability to learn quickly, communicate clearly, and execute assigned work with high ownership and accountability
- Participate in Agile ceremonies and collaborate with project teams to analyze functional and non-functional requirements
- Perform manual and automated testing, and log clear, detailed, and reproducible defects in Rally
- Design, develop, and maintain scalable, flexible, and cross-platform automation test solutions
- Partner closely with Development, DevOps, and Product teams to validate features and testing processes within sprint cycles
- Define and implement appropriate test approaches, test strategies, and test plans, ensuring risk-based and right-sized testing
- Participate in technical design reviews and proactively identify requirement gaps, ambiguities, and potential risks
- Provide regular QA status updates and escalate issues and risks to management in a timely manner
- Drive continuous improvement by introducing innovative QA practices to improve testing efficiency and effectiveness
- Collaborate closely with development and business stakeholders during design, refinement, and grooming sessions
- Review requirements and provide testing effort estimates across different testing phases
- Handle less structured and complex problems while exercising sound judgment and analytical skills
- Serve as a subject-matter resource and mentor to other team members as needed
- Comply with all employment terms and conditions, company policies, procedures, and management directives, including potential changes related to work location, team assignments, shifts, flexibility, and work arrangements, as required by business needs

- Leverage enterprise-approved AI tools to enhance productivity and innovation by streamlining workflows and automating repetitive tasks. Evaluate emerging trends to drive continuous improvement and strategic innovation
Required Qualifications:
- Graduate degree or equivalent experience
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
- 5+ years of experience in software quality assurance, including both manual and automated testing
- Experience working in cloud environments such as AWS, Azure, or GCP
- Hands-on experience with CI/CD tools such as Jenkins or using GitHub Actions
- Experience using GitHub Copilot to enhance development and testing workflows
- Working knowledge of JavaScript and TypeScript
- Familiarity with file transfer management using SFTP clients and servers
- Familiarity with integrating AI tools (e.g., GitHub Copilot, Microsoft Copilot) within IDEs such as Eclipse or IntelliJ, and testing frameworks like Junit
- Proficient in Selenium and Cucumber for automated testing
- Proven exposure to AI prompting with Microsoft Copilot; AI User
- Proven skilled in building test frameworks for UI and API using Serenity, JUnit, and TestNG
- Proven analytical and Problem-Solving Skills
- Proven solid analytical capabilities for identifying issues and proposing solutions
- Proven excellent problem-solving skills with a proactive mindset
- Proven effective communication and interpersonal skills
- Proven collaborative team player in cross-functional environments
