Project Role Description : Enables full stack solutions through multi-disciplinary team planning and ecosystem integration to accelerate delivery and drive quality across the application lifecycle. Performs continuous testing for security, API, and regression suite. Creates automation strategy, automated scripts and supports data and environment configuration. Participates in code reviews, monitors, and reports defects to support continuous improvement activities for the end-to-end testing process.

Summary:
As a Quality Engineer, a typical day involves collaborating with a diverse team to design and implement comprehensive solutions that enhance the entire application lifecycle. The role focuses on integrating various components and planning across disciplines to ensure seamless delivery and maintain high standards of quality. Daily activities include executing continuous testing processes that cover security, application programming interfaces, and regression testing. The position also involves developing and refining automation strategies, creating automated test scripts, and managing data and environment configurations. Regular participation in code reviews and defect monitoring supports ongoing improvements in testing practices and overall product quality.

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to perform independently and become an SME.
- Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.
- Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment of testing strategies with project goals.
- Assist in maintaining and enhancing the automation framework to improve efficiency and coverage.
- Support junior team members by sharing knowledge and providing guidance on best practices.
- Continuously evaluate testing processes and tools to identify opportunities for improvement.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Functional Testing, Automation (Python/Selenium/AccelQ)
- Experience in designing and implementing automated test scripts to support continuous integration and delivery.
- Strong understanding of testing methodologies including security testing, API testing, and regression testing.
- Ability to configure and manage test data and environments to facilitate effective testing cycles.
- Familiarity with code review processes and defect tracking to enhance product quality.
- Capability to integrate testing activities within a multi-disciplinary team environment.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 3 years of experience in Test Automation Strategy.
- This position is based at our Hyderabad office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
