Job Description
- Maintain and improve a QMS aligned to ISO 9001:2015
- Develop inspection plans for manufacturing and assembly processes
- Analyse yield, scrap, rework, and defect trends to drive improvements
- Lead root cause analysis (5 Whys, Fishbone, FTA) and manage CAPA/FACAR
- Own incoming inspection and guide QC personnel
- Partner with PCBA suppliers; drive SCARs and performance gains
- Support NPI (PFMEA, validation, FAI)
- Advance Lean/Six Sigma efforts and reduce COPQ
- Track KPIs and present clear, data‑driven insights
- Enable cross‑functional alignment on quality standards
- Required: Strong problem‑solving and RCA leadership
- Required: Experience with ISO 9001, CAPA, SPC, supplier quality
- Required: 5+ years in manufacturing/PCBA assembly quality
- Required: Data‑driven mindset and effective cross‑functional communication
- Required: Familiarity with ERP/MES systems
- Required: Bachelor’s degree in engineering or equivalent experience
- Advantage: ASQ CQE or Lean Six Sigma certification
