Responsibilities:
Design, develop, and execute performance tests for web applications and services
Create and maintain performance test scripts using k6
Analyze test results, identify bottlenecks, and provide actionable performance recommendations
Collaborate with Development and DevOps teams to troubleshoot and optimize system performance
Integrate automated performance testing into CI/CD pipelines using Jenkins
Utilize observability and monitoring platforms such as Datadog and Grafana for performance analysis and monitoring
Continuously refine frameworks, tooling, methodologies, and reporting capabilities to improve speed, coverage, and insights
Stay updated with emerging trends in performance engineering, observability, and AI-driven monitoring solutions
Effectively communicate findings, risks, and recommendations to technical and non-technical stakeholders
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
1+ years of experience in Quality Engineering or Performance Testing
Hands-on experience with performance testing tools such as JMeter or k6 is preferred.
Familiarity with observability and monitoring tools such as Datadog and Grafana
Understanding of CI/CD concepts and exposure to CI/CD tools such as Jenkins
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Good communication and stakeholder management skills
Curious mindset with a strong willingness to learn and explore new technologies
Basic understanding of APIs, web technologies, and system architecture is a plus
