As a Quality Engineer at Camcraft, you will ensure our precision products meet the highest quality standards supporting our Automotive and Aerospace Industries. You will develop and maintain quality control processes, perform inspections, and drive continuous improvement.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams on new product launches designing quality processes and procedures
- Ensure that products meet customer expectations and regulatory requirements
- Develop and maintain relationships with our customers to ensure their satisfaction
- Implementation of comprehensive quality standards and inspection processes
- Conduct Internal Audits supporting our compliance to our Quality Management Systems
- Perform root cause analysis and implementation of corrective actions
- Maintain quality records
- Ensure adherence to industry standards (AS9100, IATF 16949, ISO 9001)
- Support Supply Chain working to uphold our quality standards with our suppliers
- Train staff on quality control processes
- Analyze statistical data to drive continuous improvement
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Skills Required
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Familiarity with AS9100, IATF 16949, and ISO 9001 quality standards
