Position Title: Quality Engineer
Location: Suzhou, China - Onsite
Position Overview:
此岗位为负责紧固件预涂、涂胶/点胶操作及培训新人。
Primary Responsibilities:
•遵守公司EHS规章制度，按照要求佩戴防护用品。
• 熟练操作自动化涂胶/点胶设备，能独立完成调试、换型及工艺微调。
• 掌握粉尘胶、化学胶的调试与使用，能独立监控工艺质量。
• 能看懂机械图纸及工艺文件，具备自检能力。
• 熟悉QC/T 597系列（螺纹紧固件预涂粘附层技术条件）及GB/T 35480国家标准者优先。
• 熟悉常用涂胶药水（如乐泰系列、NYLOK、PRECOTE等）的基本特性及使用规范。
• 作业前严格依照《螺纹涂胶工艺守则》及作业指导书（SOP）操作，注意前处理环节：来料清洗、去油、烘干，确保工件表面洁净。
• 生产过程中执行走动式巡检及首件检验，核对胶宽、胶厚、附着力、防松效果等关键质量指标。
• 操作相关检测设备进行预涂层性能测试（如防松扭矩测试），保证产品质量稳定性。
Minimum Requirements:
• 大专及以上学历，机械、化学、高分子等相关专业。
• 3-5年紧固件预涂工厂工作经验，有汽车紧固件或3C精密紧固件涂布经验者优先。
• 了解5S、精益优先。
• 有相同行业产线带班经验者或质量相关经验者优先。

- DIPLOMA OR ABOVE EDUCATION IN MECHANICS, CHEMISTRY OR POLYMER
- 3-5 YEARS EXPERIENCE IN PRECOATING FACTORY
- EXPERIENCE IN AUTOMOTIVE FASTENERS PREFERRED
- FAMILIARITY WITH 5S AND LEAN
- EXPERIENCE IN LEADERSHIP OR QUALITY RELATED ROLES PREFERRED
