Success Criteria

You’re not just a Quality Engineer; you’re a problem-solver, collaborator, and innovator. You ensure quality is embedded throughout the project lifecycle—from early planning through execution and final deliverables—by applying practical quality engineering methods that keep projects aligned with requirements.

Your journey is defined by a proven ability to apply a diverse range of quality assurance practices, driving meaningful improvements in processes and systems. You work closely with project teams to ensure quality requirements are clearly defined, understood, and executed.

Your deep understanding of government and industry quality codes, standards, and regulations positions you as a trusted advisor and compliance expert. Whether leading audits, supporting supplier quality programs, or conducting detailed compliance checks, you bring clarity and assurance to every project. You ensure all work meets NQA-1 and customer requirements.

Collaboration is critical to your success. You partner with Project Managers, Engineers, Manufacturing, and Supply Chain to identify risks, resolve quality issues, and maintain alignment with project objectives. You communicate effectively through clear documentation, reports, and direct engagement with stakeholders.

An analytical mindset fuels your ability to develop innovative solutions. Where others see roadblocks, you see opportunities for improvement, crafting strategies that elevate quality standards and address challenges head-on. With demonstrated expertise in internal and external auditing, supplier quality programs, and meticulous process documentation, you leave no stone unturned. Your familiarity with quality engineering reviews, regulatory compliance checks, and technical standards solidifies your role as a quality advocate and thought leader.
