Project Role Description : Enables full stack solutions through multi-disciplinary team planning and ecosystem integration to accelerate delivery and drive quality across the application lifecycle. Performs continuous testing for security, API, and regression suite. Creates automation strategy, automated scripts and supports data and environment configuration. Participates in code reviews, monitors, and reports defects to support continuous improvement activities for the end-to-end testing process.

Summary:
As a Quality Engineer, your day involves collaborating with diverse teams to design and implement comprehensive solutions that enhance the software delivery process. You engage in planning activities that integrate various components of the application ecosystem, ensuring seamless coordination across different stages. Your role includes executing continuous testing cycles focused on security, application programming interfaces, and regression to maintain high standards. You also develop and maintain automation strategies and scripts, while managing data and environment configurations. Regular participation in code reviews and defect monitoring supports ongoing improvements throughout the testing lifecycle.

- Expected to perform independently and become an SME.
- Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.
- Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment of testing activities with project goals.
- Assist in the documentation and refinement of testing processes to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
- Support junior team members by sharing knowledge and providing guidance on best practices.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Selenium.
- Strong knowledge of automated testing frameworks and tools related to Selenium.
- Experience in designing and implementing test automation scripts to support continuous integration and delivery.
- Ability to analyze and troubleshoot issues within automated test suites and application environments.
- Familiarity with version control systems and collaboration tools to support team workflows.
- Understanding of software development lifecycle and quality assurance methodologies.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 2 years of experience in Selenium.
- This position is based at our Bengaluru office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
