Summary:
As a Quality Engineer, you will enable full stack solutions through multi-disciplinary team planning and ecosystem integration to accelerate delivery and drive quality across the application lifecycle. Your typical day will involve engaging with various teams to ensure that testing processes are efficient and effective, while also focusing on continuous improvement and quality assurance throughout the development cycle. You will be responsible for performing continuous testing, creating automation strategies, and supporting data and environment configurations, all while collaborating with your team to enhance the overall quality of the applications being developed.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to perform independently and become an SME.
- Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.
- Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.
- Develop and implement comprehensive test plans and test cases to ensure quality standards are met.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and resolve defects in a timely manner.
Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must Have Skills: Proficiency in Functional Test Planning, Payments Fundamentals.
- Good To Have Skills: SEPA, SWIFT, CBPR+, ISO20022, MT-MX messages, Cross border payments, ACH, BDD, Cucumber
- Strong understanding of software development life cycle and testing methodologies.
- Experience in performance testing and load testing.
- Familiarity with API testing and security testing practices.
Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in Functional Test Planning.
- This position is based at our Bengaluru office.
