Below is the job description for open position

Key Responsibilities

  • Support Head Office Quality in Quality Management and Quality Assurance activities.

  • Ensure compliance with Quality Management measures in accordance with ISO 9001 standards.

  • Support and coordinate site certification processes.

  • Coordinate and monitor initiatives aimed at improving the Quality Management System (QMS).

  • Supervise the implementation of quality objectives, policies, and guidelines.

  • Implement and monitor quality planning processes.

  • Plan, implement, and monitor quality assurance processes and procedures.

  • Manage non-conformities, error reports (8D reports), and complaints/claims for both internal and external stakeholders (customer complaints and supplier claims).

  • Identify areas of weakness and implement corrective and preventive actions.

  • Support the release and validation of new products and tools.

  • Prepare and report Quality Management KPIs.

  • Drive continuous improvement and strengthening of business processes.

Qualifications

  • 3–5 years of experience as Quality Engineer ideally in semi conductor or automotive industry

  • University degree (Diploma or Master’s) in Engineering - Mechanical, Electronics, Manufacturing Technology, or a related field.

  • Experience in QMS, Quality Assurance, along with project management

  • Strong knowledge of ISO 9001 and ISO 14001 standards.

  • Strong communication & analytical skills

  • Fluent in German and English
