This role is key to driving continuous improvement, implementing best practices, and supporting decision-making through data analysis.What You Will Do
  • Ensure compliance with Good Laboratory Practices (GLP), ISO standards, and internal quality procedures.
  • Validate analytical methods and oversee calibration and maintenance of laboratory equipment.
  • Analyze test results to identify trends, risks, and opportunities for improvement.
  • Lead corrective and preventive actions (CAPA) to maintain process integrity.
  • Prepare and participate in internal and external audits, ensuring timely follow-up on findings.
  • Develop and maintain documentation, SOPs, and quality records.
  • Train and support laboratory personnel on quality standards and procedures.
  • Monitor and report key quality indicators to management for strategic decision-making.
Who You Are
  • Degree in Engineering, Chemistry, or related field.
  • Experience in quality assurance within laboratory environments.
  • Strong knowledge of GLP, ISO standards, and regulatory compliance.
  • Analytical mindset with proficiency in data interpretation and reporting.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
  • English B2
