- Ensure compliance with Good Laboratory Practices (GLP), ISO standards, and internal quality procedures.
- Validate analytical methods and oversee calibration and maintenance of laboratory equipment.
- Analyze test results to identify trends, risks, and opportunities for improvement.
- Lead corrective and preventive actions (CAPA) to maintain process integrity.
- Prepare and participate in internal and external audits, ensuring timely follow-up on findings.
- Develop and maintain documentation, SOPs, and quality records.
- Train and support laboratory personnel on quality standards and procedures.
- Monitor and report key quality indicators to management for strategic decision-making.
- Degree in Engineering, Chemistry, or related field.
- Experience in quality assurance within laboratory environments.
- Strong knowledge of GLP, ISO standards, and regulatory compliance.
- Analytical mindset with proficiency in data interpretation and reporting.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
