EDUCATION/TRAINING/EXPERIENCE:
· BS Degree or pursuing a Level 8 Qualification.
· 0-2 years experience in Quality role
· Excellent IT, communication and interpersonal skills.
· Ability to work off own initiative and as part of a cross functional team.
· Desire to learn new tasks and flexibility.
RESPONSIBILITIES OF POSITION:
· Assists with the development and maintenance of quality evaluation and control plans and protocols for processing materials into finished products.
· Assists with the analysis of the inspection and testing processes, mechanism and equipment.
· Assists with auditing quality systems for deficiency identification and correction.
· Assists with the confirmation that corrective measures meet acceptable reliability standards and that documentation is complete and compliant with requirements.
· Assists with the development of methods and procedures for inspecting, testing and evaluating the precision and accuracy of products and production equipment.
· May specialize in areas of design, incoming material, production control, product evaluation and reliability, inventory control and/or research and development as they apply to product or process quality.
· Support all company safety and quality programs and initiatives.
· Other responsibilities may be assigned from time to time as needed, based on the evolution of the company and the requirements of the department/position.
