Quality Engineer

POSITION OVERVIEW:

职位概述：

Take charge of production quality controlling, lead to handle production process problems, collect internal and external quality data to identify key problem to drive manufacturing process improvement, deal with customer complaints and response timely customer feedback, and through 8D, PDCA tool implement and drive manufacturing process improvement, and constantly improve product quality to achieve customer satisfaction.

负责生产线质量控制，组织处理生产过程中的问题，收集内外部质量数据定义核心问题，驱动内部产品工艺流程改进，处理客户抱怨，及时给予客户反馈,，并通过8D，PDCA工具驱动工艺改善，不断提高 产品质量实现客户满意。

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

工作职责：

• Implements quality system requirement, push to solve product processing problem timely. implement new process validation, new model  qualification

执行质量体系，推动解决产品过程问题,完成新工艺验证，新品认证。

• Customer complain handling, closely work with manufacturing engineering, designer, material engineer and sales team handle customer complain, RMA lead time management and quick response to reach customer satisfaction.

处理客户抱怨，协调工艺，设计和物料采购，销售一起处理客户抱怨，RMA 时间的管控，快速响应客户。

• Manage the daily quality problem from Daily production board and monitor corrective  action accomplishment.

管理生产线日常看板质量问题，有效追踪措施完成。

• Complete internal process quality auditing, continuously develop to improve production process.

完成内部过程质量审核，持续不断改进生产过程。

• Organize and analyze external quality data, Drive to gap analysis  between actual and goal and complete product quality target through continuous improvement activities;
• 负责整理分析产品外部质量数据, 驱动差距分析，持续改进完成产品质量目标。
• In-process &FQA inspection management and relevant controlling document

管理过程检查和产品终检以及相关控制文件

• Other tasks as assigned by the Quality Manager.

完成经理安排的其他任务。

POSITION QUALIFICATIONS:

职位要求：

Bachelor's degree in mechanical or related education background.CET-4 ;

机械以及相关本科学历，英语4级。

Have above 3 years working experience for product quality control

3年及以上产品质量管理工作经验。

Handle customer complain, drive internal quality improvement

独立完成处理客户抱怨，并驱动内部质量改进.

Excellent knowledge of quality tools, include PDCA and 5 whys and so on.

精通质量工具，PDCA and 5个为什么等

Knowledge of  TS16949, FMEA and SPC will be an advantage;

了解TS16949, FMEA和SPC优先考虑;

Good team player, communication

良好的团队合作精神和沟通能力
