What will you be doing?
As a Quality Engineer, you’ll be at the heart of our manufacturing operations, ensuring everything we produce meets the highest standards.
  • You’ll guide teams across the factory, helping them stay compliant with GMP and GDP regulations.
  • You’ll lead investigations into non-conforming products, drive corrective actions, and support the introduction of new products with robust inspection plans and validation documentation.
  • Whether it’s analyzing returned products or improving local procedures, your work will directly influence the quality and safety of our medical devices.
  • You'll solve complex manufacturing/quality problems, typically requiring input of a multi departmental team, by developing existing/new processes & process control.
  • You'll work with area teams to lead the implementation of continuous quality improvement programs which may include: Design of experiments to identify and control process variables; quality systems improvement projects; and installation of statistical and non-statistical process controls.

What will you need to be successful?

Success in this role means being a proactive problem solver with a strong technical foundation. You’ll need to be confident working across teams and passionate about driving quality improvements.
  • A degree in quality, science, engineering or business management
  • Strong technical background and problem solving skills essential.
  • Experience in a Quality / Engineering roles with project experience is preferred
  • Solid understanding of GMP, ISO 9001, ISO 13485 and FDA QSR standards
  • Six Sigma Green Belt and ISO13485 lead audit training preferred
  • Strong analytical skills and the ability to communicate clearly and manage multiple priorities
