Key Responsibilities:
- Determine quality standards and ensure compliance with industry regulations.
- Develop and implement quality control processes to ensure flawless production.
- Collaborate with diverse teams to identify areas for improvement and implement effective solutions.
- Conduct thorough product testing and analysis to identify any potential defects.
- Lead quality improvement initiatives and drive a culture of continuous improvement.
- Perform root cause analysis to identify the source of quality issues and develop corrective actions.
Qualifications
Education:
- Bachelor's or equivalent degree in Engineering or a related field is required.
Experience:
- 2 years of related experience.
- Proven experience in quality engineering, preferably in the medical device industry.
- Strong knowledge of quality control standards and regulations.
- Exceptional problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent ability to communicate and collaborate with individuals from different departments and backgrounds.
- Demonstrates a strong drive for success, consistently delivering high-quality products.
Other:
- Occasional travel is required.
