As Quality Engineer you will be responsible for;

  • Conduct regular spot assessments of suppliers and warehouse operations to ensure compliance with regulatory standards.
  • Monitor and analyze non-quality costs, identify root causes, and implement corrective actions to minimize operational inefficiencies.
  • Oversee and coordinate change requests related to logistics and supplier operations, ensuring timely and compliant implementation.
  • Act as the primary liaison for LSPs, facilitating communication, resolving issues, and ensuring alignment with logistics strategies.
  • Track and manage work authorizations for suppliers and logistics personnel to ensure proper documentation and compliance.
  • Lead and support logistics-related projects, including process improvements, system implementations, and strategic initiatives tied to the development of the second FAL.

Qualifications;

  • Bachelor's degree in Quality Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, Aerospace Engineering, or related field.
  • 3-5 years of experience in logistics, supplier quality, or aerospace manufacturing.
  • Strong understanding of EASA and FAA regulations.
  • Proven ability to manage projects and drive continuous improvement

Location: Onsite in Mobile, AL

Salary Range: $75,000 - $83,000 

The actual salary offered is dependent on various factors including, but not limited to, location, the candidate’s combination of job-related knowledge, qualifications, skills, education, training, and experience
