Quality Engineer

Avantor is looking for a Quality Engineer in Gliwice!

Job Description

• Implement and support the company’s quality policy and related objectives.

• Initiate, recommend, and monitor actions to ensure the effectiveness and compliance of quality systems.

• Maintain and manage quality-related records and documentation.

• Prepare weekly and monthly reports, presentations, and project updates related to the Quality's scope.

• Develop and verify system documentation within the Quality Assurance Design Department.

• Oversee the ERP system

• Generate stability testing schedules and reports.

• Supervise the execution of stability studies and suggest sample testing inERP system

• Prepare for and participate in internal and external audits and inspections related to QAD activities.

• Develop corrective action plans following customer audits and monitor their progress.

• Support the achievement of defined quality objectives.

• Participate in complaint handling processes related to quality assurance.

• Collaborate with internal and external specialists in the areas of system management and validation.

• Apply knowledge of quality management systems, including ISO 9001, ISO 13485, and GMP standards.

Requirements

• Proven experience in quality assurance or related field.

• Strong understanding of ISO 9001, ISO 13485, and GMP standards.

• Excellent organizational and documentation skills.

• Ability to work independently and within cross-functional teams.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.

• Proficiency in MS Office and quality management systems (e.g., iStability, Impuls EVO).

• Good communication skills in English and Polish (written and spoken).
