We invite you to join our manufacturing in north Israel. By being SolarEdge’s Quality Engineer you will have the opportunity to build a full proof quality system to establish the high quality and reliability products that assure the expected long-life warranty of the products.
What will you be doing?
- Define and Implement methods and reporting systems to monitor the quality in all factory related processes.
- Collaborates with engineering and manufacturing functions to ensure quality standards are in place.
- Analyze data and lead over all cross-organization improvements plan
- Lead Failure Analysis investigations and implement cross organization Corrective and Preventive actions
- Represent production quality related issues
Requirements
- Education: BSC in Electronics, Mechanics, Materials, , Industrial Engineering with additional Quality education as CQE, CRE etc.
- At least 3 years hands-on experience in quality in manufacturing factories.
- Good understanding of statistical methods, quality tools and methodologies (i.e. 8D, CAPA, SPC, PFMEA, Control Plan, LEAN).
- "Can-do" approach, Process-oriented, able to manage and follow-up on many tasks in parallel.
- Deep understanding of Electronics production processes
Additional Skills
- Excellent English, reading, writing and presentation capabilities
- Experience in working with information systems - PLM, ATE, MES, Agile, Jira
- Well organized and details oriented.
- Data analysis using JMP
