Responsibilities:Professional and disciplinary leadership of the Quality Management department
Further development and implementation of the quality management system in accordance with internal and customer-specific requirements
Evaluation, preparation, and monitoring of relevant KPIs
Definition and implementation of improvement measures in collaboration with other departments
Execution and participation in complaint handling, according to the claim management process and internal standards
Root cause analyses and implementation of corrective actions
Leading and moderating customer complaint processes
Planning, coordination, and execution of internal, external, and customer audits
Monitoring of measures to address audit deviations
Participation in cross-site audits, including conducting quality system audits at other locations
Completed university degree in a relevant field
Several years of experience in quality management
Experience in plastics and silicone processing is desirable
Solid experience in the automotive sector and relevant certifications
Internal Auditor IATF 16949, Process Auditor VDA 6.3
Leadership experience
Business-fluent English skills
