Job Description
The role of the Quality Engineer will ensure and improve the quality standards of products and processes within the organization. Responsibilities will include analyzing performance data, implementing quality control measures, and collaborating with other teams to enhance efficiency and compliance.
You will be dedicated to the RSS-CSM department in Katowice and will report directly to the Campus Operations Supervisor. Business trips may represent us at events to show implementation technologies or participate in training sessions.
Your Responsibilities:
- Conduct the certification process for the integrated ISO system in the CSM department.
- Develop documentation related to quality management systems, environmental protection, safety, data security, and operational continuity assurance
- Manage the aforementioned documentation and ensure its updates.
- Adapt existing processes in the CSM department to ISO standards.
- Oversee the implementation of new instructions and procedures
The Essentials - You Will Have:
- English B2
- Knowledge of documentation, quality tools and ISO 9001
- Use measuring instruments.
The Preferred - You Might Also Have:
- ISO Standards Knowledge: Experience working with or implementing ISO standards, such as ISO 9001 for quality management or ISO 14001 for environmental management systems.
- Hands-on experience working with multiple teams (e.g., safety, IT, legal) to ensure procedures align with organizational standards.
- 1+ years of experience developing quality-related documentation, such as procedures, manuals, and reports
