Job Summary: This role will focus on maintaining validation documentation, collaborating with suppliers to drive continuous improvement, and working cross-functionally to resolve supplier-related quality issues. The ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and experience in supplier management and quality assurance.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Maintain and organize validation documentation and files.
Collaborate with suppliers to ensure compliance with quality standards and regulatory requirements.
Develop and implement supplier quality improvement programs.
Investigate and resolve supplier-related quality issues, determining and implementing effective solutions.
Work closely with cross-functional teams to address quality concerns and drive corrective actions.
Analyze validation data to support supplier performance assessments and improvement initiatives.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Quality, Engineering, or Supply Chain.
3+ years' experience in supplier management and quality assurance.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Proficient in compiling and analyzing validation data.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and suppliers.
Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
