Job Description:
The position includes programming automatic measurement programs according to the existing equipment in the company.
Close supervision for the implementation of automatic measurements on the production floor.
Qualification of production workers to operate the automatic measurements control room on the production floor.
Preparation of inspection instructions.
working with shared work interfaces: Production, Procurement, Engineering, and R&D.
Design and development of new gauges.
Design and development of jigs.
audits on the production floor.
Maintenance of measuring equipment.
Investigation - Non-Conformance & MRB
Also, the position supports the ongoing tasks in the Quality Engineering department.
Responsibility:

Qualification of production workers to operate the automatic measurements control room on the production floor.

Planning and preparing drawings for jigs and gauges - working with SOLIDWORKS.

Preparation of inspection instructions - working with module Inspection in

SOLIDWORKS.

Automatic measuring machine – programming measurement programs for Alpha-Bio SKUs.

Performing validation for new measurement programs.

Performing training for production workers to work with automatic machines.

Performing internal audits on the production floor.

Maintenance of measuring equipment - maintenance of all quality engineering laboratory equipment and maintenance of the measuring tools in production.

Support for ongoing tasks of the Quality Engineering team
Job Requirements:

B.Sc. Mechanical engineer/practical engineer - mandatory
-
Knowledge of measuring instruments and experience in measurements – mandatory.
-
Drawings - understanding and reading complex technical drawings – mandatory.
-
High-level English - reading, writing, and speaking – mandatory.
-
Basic knowledge of an OFFICE computer environment – mandatory.
-
Knowledge of priority software - an advantage.
-
Knowledge of SOLIDWORKS software – mandatory

Familiarity with working in a PDM environment - an advantage
