Due to significant growth and to address the needs of our Quality engineering team department, we are seeking a Lead automation engineer.
As Quality engineer you will join the Quality engineering team, based in France and the United States, You will be part of a product team and report to the manager of the Quality engineering team and your responsibilities will include :
- Participation in Agile Ceremonies:
- Facilitate Meetings:
- Test Case Design and Test Execution:
- Test Automation:
Actively contribute to all agile ceremonies such as sprint planning, daily stand-ups, sprint reviews, and retrospectives,
Lead meetings, ensuring collaboration between the Product Manager (PM) and Developers to define, clarify, and prioritize requirements,
Design comprehensive and efficient test cases based on product requirements and user stories,
Execute tests (both manual and automated where applicable) to ensure product quality and functionality meet defined standards,
Develop, maintain, and execute automated test scripts to ensure efficiency and scalability in testing processes.
Skills and Qualifications:
- Engineering degree or Master’s degree,
- You have 6+ years of experience in a technical field,
- Testing framework/Tools: Playwright, PactumJS, Jest, Postman, RobotFramework, Cucumber Or other frameworks As (Cypress, RestAssured),Knowledge on BDD,
- CI/CD Knowledge:GitLab CI
- Test Management Tools: Familiarity with Xray or similar test management tools,
- Nice to have:Experience with Salesforce testing,
- Ability to work in an agile environment,
- Team player, you have good communication skills and a real interest in technology,
- Fluent in English.
