- Utilize statistical process control (SPC) techniques as a tool to support process capability and to assist in corrective action activities as appropriate.
- Responsible for the measurement system analysis -such as: visual inspection systems, measuring gauges management, and related software-, which includes the maintenance scheduling internal and external, spare parts management, availability, calibration, analytical testing, R&Rs, calculations, and reports.
- Develop, update, and implement instructions and methods for inspecting, testing, calibrating, validating, and evaluation of products, equipment, and processes.
- Ensure Certificate of Acceptance (CoA) reviewed for every produced batch and released in timely manner. Conduct Process Capability Analysis (Cpk, Ppk, CTQ).
- Ensure certificates for equipment and devices requiring calibration remain current and up to date and support calibration program for the facility.
- Assist Quality Manager with quality product development, trial tests, and customer audits.
- Assist with development and assessment of quality training for existing and new employees.
- Assist in traceability, investigations, and root cause analysis for nonconforming products and customer complaints.
- Assist in the execution of a periodic gap analysis between established goals and objectives in terms of product quality. Generate reports, charts, boards, and improvement projects.
- Develop, execute, and thoroughly report on Mandatory Tasks from Corporate.
- Perform special quality tests as required.
- Always use appropriate personal protective equipment (PPE).
- Implement, ensure, and monitor all Health & Safety regulations, rules, procedures, and policies. Comply with all environmental requirements as stipulated in IMS standards such as BRC and guidelines on EHS.
- Monitoring and testing of critical control points (CCPs)
- Perform Internal Audits and generate action plans to close findings on External Audits from external Entities.
- Perform any other duty reasonable corresponding with the role.
