The Role

Perform final inspections of PCBAs, electronic assemblies, and aerospace products. Verify compliance with drawings, specifications, IPC standards, AS9100, and customer requirements. Review manufacturing and FAI documentation, identify non-conformities, issue NCRs, support root cause analysis and CAPA, monitor quality trends, and coordinate corrective actions with production, engineering, and customers. Participate in audits and verify ESD, traceability, labeling, packaging, safety, and regulatory compliance.

GD&T and Engineering Drawing Interpretation

Quality Documentation and Reporting

Microsoft Office and ERP/MES systems

Bachelor's Degree/Diploma in Electronics, Electrical

Hands on experience in Quality Assurance/Final Inspection of Aerospace, Defense, or Electronics Manufacturing products.

Certification in IPC-A-610 and/or J-STD-001 preferred.
