Primary Responsibilities:
- Develop, execute, and maintain automated test solutions to ensure application quality, reliability, and performance
- Leverage AI-powered testing tools and techniques to improve test coverage, defect detection, and testing efficiency
- Design and build smart test automation frameworks using modern testing and scripting technologies
- Integrate automated testing into CI/CD pipelines to enable continuous quality validation and faster releases
- Collaborate with developers, product owners, and stakeholders to define test strategies and quality requirements
- Utilize AI and analytics to identify testing gaps, predict risks, and optimize quality engineering processes
- Support cloud-based applications and ensure quality standards are maintained across all environments
- Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives through automation, innovation, and adoption of emerging AI capabilities
- Comply with the terms and conditions of the employment contract, company policies and procedures, and any and all directives (such as, but not limited to, transfer and/or re-assignment to different work locations, change in teams and/or work shifts, policies in regards to flexibility of work benefits and/or work environment, alternative work arrangements, and other decisions that may arise due to the changing business environment). Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in any field, or Undergraduate with equivalent practical experience
- 3+ years of experience in Quality Engineering, Test Automation, or Software Testing
- Experience with CI/CD tools, GitHub, and automated testing pipelines
- Familiarity with Azure Public Cloud and cloud-native application testing
- Proficiency in automation technologies specifically in Playwright and others such as Selenium, Cypress, or similar frameworks
- Knowledge of AI-assisted testing, test automation accelerators, and modern quality engineering practices
- Proven solid programming and scripting skills in Python, Java, JavaScript, or related languages
- Proven solid analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills
- Proven excellent collaboration and communication skills with a passion for innovation and continuous learning
