As a Quality Engineer, your day involves collaborating with diverse teams to ensure seamless integration and delivery of comprehensive solutions. Your role includes executing continuous testing efforts that cover various aspects such as security and regression, while also developing and maintaining automation strategies and scripts. You actively participate in reviewing code, tracking issues, and contributing to ongoing improvements in testing processes, all aimed at delivering reliable and efficient software products.

- Expected to perform independently and become an SME.
- Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.
- Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and quality standards are met throughout the project lifecycle.
- Assist in the development and maintenance of test environments and data configurations to support testing activities.
- Support junior team members by sharing knowledge and providing guidance on best practices and testing methodologies.
- Continuously monitor testing outcomes and provide feedback to improve automation frameworks and testing efficiency.
Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Guidewire ClaimCenter QA.
- Experience in designing and implementing automation strategies and scripts to enhance testing coverage and efficiency.
- Strong understanding of continuous testing practices including security, API, and regression testing.
- Ability to participate effectively in code reviews and defect management processes.
- Familiarity with environment and data configuration to support comprehensive testing activities.
