We are seeking a high-performing Quality Engineer - NQA-1 to help ensure PAR Solutions is doing the right things when it comes to delivering quality for our customer, adhering to our quality management systems, and ensuring that our processes, or how work gets done, creates value for the organization and our customers. This role will drive continuous improvement on our regulated and non-regulated workflows, processes, and procedures. The ideal candidate is a self-starter with actual hands-on quality experience who can balance the expectations of our customers with the demands that meet the technical, and quality requirements of the project.

We offer market competitive pay and benefits based upon the candidate’s skills, experience, qualifications, and internal equity. Our starting rate of pay for this salaried position is targeted at $90,000 – 110,000 annually.
Preferred Qualifications- A Bachelor of Science degree in Industrial/Quality Engineering or related concentration preferred. Experience in Quality may be considered in lieu of degree.
