CCR is looking for a proactive Quality Engineer to ensure high product and process quality throughout the manufacturing lifecycle. You will focus on prevention, root-cause analysis, customer satisfaction and continuous improvement, working closely with Operations, Engineering, Supply Chain, suppliers and customers.
Responsibilities
- Monitor and improve product and manufacturing process quality.
- Ensure compliance with customer specifications, technical drawings, standards and regulatory requirements.
- Support APQP, PPAP, FMEA, Control Plans and MSA activities.
- Participate in new product introduction and product qualification projects.
- Lead quality validation, inspections and containment activities.
- Investigate quality issues and coordinate corrective and preventive actions.
- Communicate quality concerns and corrective-action progress to customers.
- Analyse quality data, identify trends and drive defect reduction.
- Support internal audits and preparation for external audits.
- Track key quality indicators, including PPM, COPQ, scrap, rework, customer complaints and audit findings.
