Responsibilities

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Ensure compliance with AS9100 manufacturing standards and regulations
  • Manage tough conversations with demanding aerospace customers and regulatory agencies
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address customer requirements and RMA complaints and ensure regulatory compliance
  • Assist in implementing corrective and preventive actions to resolve quality issues and prevent recurrence.
Qualifications

YOU MUST HAVE

  • Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution in a technical discipline such as science, technology, engineering, mathematics
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in quality engineering within a manufacturing environment.
  • Strong knowledge of quality management systems and methodologies including root cause analysis and problem-solving techniques.
  • Proficiency in data analytics tools to take in data and transform into useful information.
  • Experience with quality auditing and data analysis to monitor and improve product and process quality.

WE VALUE

  • Experience with SAP ERP or S4 HANA system.
  • Experience with Lean Six Sigma methodologies and certifications.
  • Ability to collaborate effectively across teams and influence quality improvements.
  • Customer interface experience with product issues or quality returns.
  • Familiarity with AS9100 & ISO 9001 industry quality standards.

COMPENSATION

The annual base salary range for this position is $76,200 - $95,300. Please note that this salary information serves as a general guideline. Honeywell considers various factors when extending an offer, including but not limited to the scope and responsibilities of the position, the candidate's work experience, education and training, key skills, as well as market and business considerations.
