JOB TITLE: Quality Engineer

DUTIES: Coordinate with stakeholders including State representatives and Business Analysts to understand the requirements, gather the test data, and analyze the impact on each of the modules; mentor Offshore QA's on creating test scenarios and test cases; test execution of all functionalities in products like environment and defect reporting and defect re-testing; Retest production defects; Participate in live work sessions with Business & Engineering team to solve issues; Create test plans, design test cases and mentor other QAs on writing effective test scenarios; Participate in walk-through peer reviews and user group meetings for quality assurance; create Requirement Traceability Matrix; and defect analysis and triage.
REQUIREMENTS: Employer will accept a Bachelor's degree in Computer Applications, Business Administration or a related field or a related field and five (5) years of experience in the job offered or a Quality Engineer-related occupation.
Position requires five (5) years of experience in the following:
* Test automation frameworks like BDD Behavior-Driven Development or Robot (Python based) framework;
* Test Automation using Selenium WebDriver (Java) and TestNG;
* CI/CD pipeline using Jenkins;
* Handle and test U.S. Healthcare applications, including Eligibility Verification and Provider Credentialing;
* Agile and Scrum practices;
* AI driven testing methods like predictive analytics for risk based prioritization, intelligent test case generation, and NLP based requirement to test translation;
* Create standardized test plans and effort estimation for complex releases;
* Cross functional stakeholder engagement (business, product, technical) for requirements analysis, gap identification, and test data coordination;
* Identify and improve architectural or technical flows; and
* Lead grooming and design discussions across onshore/offshore teams.
RATE OF PAY: $124,883 - $153,720 per year
