WHAT WILL YOUR MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES BE

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Operational Quality Assurance

  • Lead optimization, Kaizen, and continuous improvement initiatives to reduce plant and quality losses.

  • Ensure compliance with QMS, GMP, and HACCP standards through audits, training, and communication.

  • Define and apply Statistical Process Control (SPC) methods, supporting KPI reporting and innovation activities.

  • Drive consumer complaint analysis, incident investigations, and corrective actions to improve quality performance.

  • Oversee quality gate controls, SAP QM/PLM usage, and packaging/material improvements to minimize downtime and incidents.

Instrumentation and Analytical Support

  • Implement and verify calibration and maintenance programs for inspection, measuring, and testing equipment.

  • Apply SPC, Six Sigma, PFMEA, and process parameter control to eliminate defects and reduce losses.

  • Develop robust quality processes and procedures across production and process-making areas.

  • Lead digitalization initiatives within the QA department.

  • Conduct lab equipment capability studies to ensure analytical reliability.

UMS Support

  • Co-lead Quality Pillar activities within UMS, supporting defect elimination and troubleshooting.

  • Coordinate with QM, PEs, and technical teams to implement Quality Maintenance in making and finishing lines.

  • Drive generation of OPLs, Kaizens, and continuous improvement initiatives under the Quality Pillar.

  • Promote and sustain 5S conditions across quality and process laboratories.

  • Provide technical expertise to ensure consistency in quality standards and factory-wide alignment.

People and Management

  • Deliver structured training programs (on-the-job and classroom) for quality technicians and operators.

  • Build team capability in inspections, analysis, decision-making, reporting, and consumer-focused quality understanding.

  • Foster a strong quality culture and consumer-first mindset across factory teams.

  • Strengthen cross-functional collaboration with process engineers and operators on quality initiatives.

  • Enhance employee engagement in quality practices and continuous improvement activities.

WHAT YOU NEED TO SUCCEED

Experiences & Qualifications

  • Graduate of Engineering Course, preferably Mechanical and Chemical

  • Minimum 4 years experience working in manufacturing in FMCG with background in quality and analytical laboratories.

  • Programming proficient – Power BI, MS Office tools, SAP/ERP, Sharepoint

  • Statistics experience – SPC knowledge
