En Magna Mirrors España seguimos creciendo y actualmente estamos en búsqueda de un/a Ingeniero/a de Calidad Cliente con nivel alto de inglés para unirse a nuestro equipo.
🎯 Misión del puesto
Serás responsable de gestionar y liderar las reclamaciones de cliente y sus costes asociados, tanto en serie como en periodo de garantía. Además, participarás en el equipo de proyectos asegurando el correcto lanzamiento de nuevos productos desde el área de calidad, incluyendo la gestión del PPAP.
🚀 ¿Cuáles serán tus responsabilidades?
  • Liderar el análisis de reclamaciones de cliente junto a equipos multidisciplinares (contención, 8D, revisión AMFE, etc.)
  • Mantener una comunicación fluida con el cliente (email, teléfono y visitas presenciales)
  • Gestionar actividades de calidad en cambios de proceso o producto
  • Revisar y validar facturas de cliente
  • Colaborar estrechamente con producción para dar y recibir feedback continuo
  • Gestionar derogaciones con cliente y validar derogaciones internas
  • Definir y asegurar criterios de calidad junto a SQA y Calidad de Producción

👤 ¿A quién buscamos?
  • 🎓 Grado en Ingeniería (Industrial, Organización o similar)
  • 🛠 Al menos 2 años de experiencia en calidad cliente en automoción
  • 🌍 Inglés fluido (se valorarán otros idiomas: francés, italiano o alemán)
  • ✈ Disponibilidad para viajar (aprox. 1 vez al mes)
