The Role
At LUZCO, we believe great work starts with strong processes and people who care about doing things the right way. We’re looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Quality Coordinator to help support and strengthen our Quality Management System (QMS) while driving continuous improvement across the organization.
In this role, you’ll play a key part in maintaining and improving our quality processes. You’ll work across teams to ensure consistency, support compliance efforts, and help bring visibility to performance through data and reporting. What Your Day Will Look Like 

  • Develop, update, and maintain Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) to ensure processes are clearly documented, consistent, and easy to follow across teams
  • Maintain and improve the Quality Management Plan (QMP), ensuring documentation stays current and aligned with business and regulatory requirements
  • Coordinate Non-Conformance Reports (NCRs), partnering with teams to track issues, drive corrective actions, and support resolution
  • Lead and support internal audits, helping ensure compliance with QMS standards and identifying opportunities for improvement
  • Review existing workflows and partner with stakeholders to enhance processes for efficiency, quality, and consistency
  • Identify and implement continuous improvement initiatives that streamline operations and reduce risk
  • Track, analyze, and report
  • on Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) to provide visibility into quality trends and performance
  • Build and maintain dashboards (Power BI or similar) to support data-driven decision-making and reporting
  • Train and support team members on quality standards, tools, and best practices
  • Communicate updates, insights, and quality initiatives across teams to promote alignment and continuous improvement
What You'll Bring to the FamiliaEssentials to Succeed:
  • Bachelor’s degree required (Engineering degree a plus)
  • Experience with Quality Management Systems (QMS) and internal audits (1+ year preferred)
  • Strong Excel skills and experience with Power BI or similar tools
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities
  • Resourceful mindset with the ability to problem-solve independently
  • Effective time management and prioritization skills
  • Willingness to learn new tools and adapt as the team grows
  • Flexibility to support project needs, including occasional extended hours
